Ms. Wilson has served in the United States Air Force and she is an award recipient of the Air Force 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year.

Mr. Carter has over 17 years of experience as a civil servant in the Federal Government in a vast array of security disciplines to include physical, personnel, cyber, information technology, industrial and counter-intelligence within such Agencies such as the US Secret Service and the Department of Defense. Mr. Carter brings over 15 years of Operations expertise as a Senior Manager and Corporate Officer. He has managed and overseen 50+ federal, state and local contracts in excess of $700M in contract activities and contract staff exceeding 200 in number at any given time. He has in-depth experience in business development, capture management and operational excellence of corporate, state, local and federal opportunities. His expertise in operational management to include financial and budget development, marketing and pipeline development and initiatives, acquisition support, and the promotion of teamwork in leading multiple sales and marketing teams to exceed overall revenue targets. His goal is to clearly define performance-based problems at the operational level and focus his efforts on high-quality total solutions that exceed customer expectations while improving internal business performance.

Mr. Melvin Anderson Jr. currently serves T47 International, Inc as Executive Vice President (EVP). He has grown in positions of progressive responsibility in the Private Sector and in the United States Air Force (USAF)—in the USAF he excelled as a SIGINT Analyst, Master Instructor, Instructor Supervisor, Supervisory Intelligence Analyst and a Program Manager. Upon entering the private sector, he also held multiple analyst and managerial roles for multiple companies: All Source Analyst, Policy Analyst; Homeland Security Analyst; Technical Lead; Technical Manager; Program Manager, Sr. Program Manager up to Vice President of Security Programs and Business Development, and his current position as EVP for T47. Mr. Anderson has a stellar reputation as a gifted business leader and manager. He has built high performance teams and managed programs valued at over $100M in a services environment. The hallmarks of his performance are intense loyalty, integrity, and commitment to organizational and team goals. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix “on campus”, and a Masters Certificate in Program Management from Villanova University.
