Capture Management

Provide trend analysis to include Strength Weaknesses Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis of competitors providing support for a specific opportunity; conduct business intelligence research of each competitor; work with designated program manager to capture customer requirements; research contract history and report results; recommend Price-to-Win (PtW) strategies. Federal Contract Pipeline Build

Conduct in-depth research for potential contract opportunities to go into the pipeline based on pre-defined research criteria; conduct bid/no-bid pipeline review with executive leadership; revise and streamline pipeline after bid/no-bid executive review. Additional fee service includes updating contract monitoring and pipeline review; building PtW analysis for revenue projection.
